Should cell phones be allowed in schools?

Cell should not be allowed in schools. One reason is that kids that use their phone in school make kids distracted and can not focus on their work. Another reason is that in USA kids are falling behind because they are too distracted with cell phones in class. Additionally, there is no need to have a cell phone out while you are doing your work. In conclusion, There is a time and place for everything and school is not time or place for cell phones.
